We have a blast every time we visit Evolet Eve. Not only are the wine selections excellent, they always have a great line up of cocktails and even a few beers on hand. The slushies are great during the summer on their spacious outdoor patio! The atmosphere is cozy elegant and the owner has great taste in design, pallet and music!

This is the place you go when you are looking for a cute date spot, a girls day/night, a before or after dinner cocktail, and/or a refreshing wine slushie on the patio after biking the prairie path! I’ve sampled a lot and every drink has been my new favorite! If you are tired of chain restaurant drinks, do yourself a favor and come treat yourself! Cute place, great staff- you’ll leave happy!
I came here with my co-workers for a quick wine flight and we ended up staying for 5 hours and trying several speciality drinks on top of the wine. Everything was fantastic. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny because there's so much you'll want to try and it's absolutely worth it. Out of all the wine bars I've been, this one is my #1 recommendation. The drinks are generally more affordable and they show you their prices online which is much appreciated And a huge plus is that your well-behaved puppers are welcome.
